Empowerment
The women Economic Empowerment Project (Wee-Projet)
In the rural communities we serve, it’s evident that women are the backbone of most households. They’re the ones who keep families together, manage limited resources, and work tirelessly to ensure their loved ones thrive. By supporting these women, we’re not only empowering them, but also uplifting their entire families and communities. Our organization is committed to providing opportunities for women to gain economic independence and develop skills that will help them break the cycle of poverty.

Sisters in success program.
One of the programs under the WEE-Project umbrella is our Sisters in Success program. This program is specifically designed for teenage single mothers, providing them with a supportive network and resources to acquire new skills. We’re committed to helping these young women overcome the unique challenges they face and achieve their full potential. They are organized in groups where they meet regularly we give them psychosocial support sessions, skills trainings and we encourage them to work together in groups. We also support them acquire equipment like tailoring machines, ovens hair dressing equipment to help them put their skills to use and earn a living.

Hearts of Hope Project. (HP).
Empowering Vulnerable children and orphans through education.We provide access to schooling, educational resources, and mentorship, helping these young minds unlock their potential and build a brighter future.

Leadership
Climate smart Communities initiative.
Our Climate Smart Communities initiative is designed to support vulnerable communities in adapting to the impacts of climate change. We work with local stakeholders to identify and implement sustainable solutions that enhance resilience, promote eco-friendly practices, and foster economic growth. Our approach focuses on empowering communities to take ownership and recover from climate-related challenges and develop context-specific solutions that prioritize their needs and well-being.
